- 2011 and newer LML, including pickups. No dual fuel tank support. On a cab and chassis truck with dual tanks the rear tank is disabled, which is not advised, and the boost gauge will not work.
- Tire size and speed limiter cannot be changed on LML trucks.

- 2011 and newer. Tuners on older software may throw a P24C6 or P24DA code. Fixed as of October 2023, so update the device.
- 2011 to 2019. Certain PCM software will not change power modes with our shift on the fly strategy. Rare, roughly seven percent of trucks.
- 2016. No PCV sensor, which causes a P04E3 check engine light. A fix file is required.
- 2017 to 2019. Unplug the factory EGT sensor or boost drops off. The throttle position gauge does not work.

- 2013 to 2021. Boost may drop off to 20 PSI. A beta file fixes it temporarily on 2013 to 2018; there is no fix yet for 2019 to 2021.
- 2014 to 2015. Loping or surging. Update to version 2.0.0.4 or above, then unplug all EGT sensors if it persists.
- 2018 and newer. Requires SGW bypass cable #42215. The P040D code is expected and does not affect drivability; keep the EGR temperature sensor plugged in.
- 2018 and newer. Only original PCM software with a part number starting with a number is supported.
