H&S Mini Maxx V1 Diesel Tuner
The H&S Mini Maxx V1 is a proven diesel tuning platform built for truck owners who want more control over engine performance, vehicle settings, and real-time operating data. Its dedicated display and simple physical controls put tuning, monitoring, and diagnostics right at your fingertips.
Adjust power levels, watch critical engine parameters, recalibrate your speedometer, or read and clear trouble codes, all from one in-cab device. On supported trucks, shift-on-the-fly tuning lets you switch between power levels while driving.
The Mini Maxx V1 supports select Ford, GM, and Ram diesel pickups from 2003 to 2013. Available power levels depend on your truck's year, engine, body style, and fuel type. See the compatibility charts below for exact applications.

Mini Maxx V1 Features
The Mini Maxx V1 combines tuning, monitoring, and vehicle management in a single device.
- Multiple power levels: Choose from up to four tuning levels based on your truck's application and fuel type.
- Shift-on-the-fly tuning: On supported applications, change power levels without stopping the vehicle.
- Real-time engine monitoring: View more than 20 digital gauges covering key vehicle parameters.
- EGT monitoring: Track exhaust gas temperature as part of the Mini Maxx's built-in safety strategy.
- Automatic safety protection: Safety backdown functions respond to monitored EGT, boost, transmission temperature, and coolant temperature.
- Speedometer calibration: Correct speedometer readings after tire size or gear ratio changes.
- Top-speed adjustment: Modify speed-limiter settings where supported.
- Diagnostic functions: Read and clear diagnostic trouble codes directly through the tuner.
- Vehicle customization: Access supported truck-specific features and settings from the Mini Maxx interface.
- Easy in-cab operation: A high-resolution display and physical buttons make navigation straightforward.

Mini Maxx V1 Compatibility & Power Levels
Power levels are listed as horsepower added over stock. ULSD tunes are for trucks running Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel. High Sulfur tunes are intended for off-road use only. Verify your year, engine, and body style before purchasing.

Application Notes
- 2008–2010 6.4L Ford: Horsepower is available in three modes. The ULSD tune is the default.
- Cab & chassis: Cab-and-chassis tuning is available only on the 2011 6.7L Ram.
- 2003–2007 6.0L Ford and 2006–2007 5.9L Ram: These applications do not have High Sulfur tunes.

- Some Ford applications may set crankcase ventilation sensor-related diagnostic codes. Refer to the documentation for your vehicle.
- Factory pyrometer functionality may not be available on certain applications. An aftermarket EGT monitoring solution may be required.
